On 8 September, 16 members of the Seymour Taylor team laced up their walking boots and took part in the Chilterns Three Peaks Challenge – all for a brilliant cause.
Together, they raised an impressive £2,260, which was then matched by Seymour Taylor to bring the total donation to a fantastic £4,600 for Rennie Grove Peace Hospice.
The funds will go directly towards helping Rennie Grove continue its vital work, providing care and support to individuals and families affected by life-limiting illnesses in the local community.
Angela, Senior Corporate Partnerships Executive at Rennie Grove, shared her gratitude:
“This event wouldn’t be possible without the amazing support we receive from the local community, either by taking part, volunteering, or corporate sponsorship. We are extremely grateful for Seymour Taylor’s participation and the incredible amount raised through their Just Giving page, far exceeding their fundraising target. Our thanks go to the Seymour Taylor team and everyone who supported and donated and to the firm for matching the fundraising total raised by the team.”
The Chilterns Three Peaks Challenge not only brought the Seymour Taylor team together for a fun and physically demanding adventure, but it also reinforced the firm’s dedication to giving back to the community.
Liz Horton, Joint Managing Director at Seymour Taylor, couldn’t be prouder of the team’s commitment:
“Our team really put their hearts into this challenge, and it’s wonderful to see how much we were able to raise for Rennie Grove Peace Hospice. The generosity of our staff, clients, and the wider community has been truly overwhelming. We’re honoured to support such a meaningful cause that makes a real difference to local families.”
The Seymour Taylor team are already looking forward to their next opportunity to support local causes and make a positive impact.
