Describe what you do

I am currently an assistant for Seymour Taylor in the audit and accounts department. I am involved in both the planning and execution of accounts preparation and audit assignments, conducting audit fieldwork across various industries.

I chose to work for Seymour Taylor as they value their clients very highly and focus on maintaining strong long-term relationships with them. I was drawn to the fact that they have a strong focus on career development and staff progression.

My experience

I joined Seymour Taylor in June 2022 as a Trainee Accountant and have gone on to complete my level 3 AAT qualification. I have really enjoyed my time at Seymour Taylor as everyone is very friendly and supportive. Whenever I have any questions, I feel that I can ask anyone as there is a real family feel.

My interests in life are

I enjoy watching and playing all types of sports (especially watching Manchester United). I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends and taking the dogs for a walk.
