What I do at Seymour Taylor

I’m an Accounts Trainee who is a part of the Outsourced Accounting Services team here at Seymour Taylor. My role focuses on preparing the bookkeeping, VAT returns, and management accounts, helping businesses maintain accurate financial records and gain valuable insights into their financial performance. Working with a variety of clients across different industries allows me to develop my technical knowledge, strengthen my practical skills, and further build my understanding.

My Experience

I joined Seymour Taylor in August 2026 on a part-time basis after completing my A-Levels, with the aim of developing prior knowledge of accountancy before starting here as an apprentice. In September 2026, I transitioned into a full-time role and began my apprenticeship, allowing me to further develop my technical knowledge, practical experience and professional skills within a supportive team environment. I’m excited to continue learning, gaining expertise, and continue progressing my career with Seymour Taylor.

Interests
I am passionate about health and fitness, spending much of my time in the gym or out on a run. I enjoy listening to music and spending time with friends and family in my spare time.
