Describe what you do at Seymour Taylor

I am part of the Outsourced Accounting Services team, supporting businesses with their day-to-day bookkeeping, as well as preparing management accounts and VAT returns.

I also support individual clients with preparing personal tax returns and Making Tax Digital (MTD), including providing training and assisting with the preparation and submission of quarterly returns.

My Experience

I have several years’ experience working in both industry and practice. I started my career in industry, where I gained experience in management accounts and day-to-day financial tasks. I qualified as an ACCA accountant in 2023 and then moved into practice, working with a range of clients across accounts, VAT, personal tax and MTD.

I enjoy working closely with clients, understanding their businesses and helping them keep their finances well organised and compliant. I am particularly interested in using technology and improving processes to make accounting more efficient.

Outside of work

Outside of work, I enjoy playing and watching sports, travelling and exploring new places and cultures. I also enjoy staying active and spending quality time with family and friends.
