Describe what you do at Seymour Taylor

As Joint Managing Director, I am responsible for our fantastic team, training and ensuring that the systems and processes that we use for the delivery of our client services remain seamless and smooth. As technical lead I have an active interest in our ever changing industry and enjoyadvising on strategy, the implementation and effectiveness of systems and processes and the impact on financial reporting of business decisions or changes in reporting frameworks.

My Experience

I have a wealth of experience with owner managed businesses and groups and my passion is to provide innovative, proactive advice to clients and streamline the compliance work to assist businesses with their accounts, audit and assurance requirements. I take great pride in establishing long lasting relationships, to understand my clients which allow me to tailor proactive support to the specific requirements of each client.

I have supported several clients through the process of selling their businesses over recent years, from assisting in preparing a company for sale, through the due diligence process, ensuring the understanding of the financial offer and tax efficiencies of the deal.

I am a Charity and Education sector specialist, which means I work with a number of local charities and not for profit organisations from educational establishments to charities supporting sufferers of specific medical conditions, supporting them with decision making as well as having the technical knowledge to advise on their tax and statutory requirements.

My passions in life are

Sunshine holidays with my family. I also enjoy dining out with friends, cooking and entertaining.
