Describe what you do at Seymour Taylor

I am responsible for a portfolio of clients delivering accountancy and auditing services, supporting businesses meet their regulatory requirements and seeking opportunities to provide additional services and recommendations as and when they may arise.

I enjoy building relationships with clients to understand their individual needs and challenges faced with an aim to relieve the challenges of changes in audit and accountancy compliance and regulation. Communication is key to my role therefore aim to stay in touch throughout the financial year rather than just on an annual basis as part of the audit cycle.

My Experience

I joined Seymour Taylor as a trainee in 2008 and after qualifying, left for experience in industry and returned to practice in 2014. I re-joined the Seymour Taylor team in 2023 as a client manager. Within my role I am responsible for assisting clients with their accounting and audit needs and I have experience working with entities varying in size and the sector in which they operate. I have a lot of experience working with Charities which are governed by SORP reporting requirements.
